Responsible Gaming —
Protect Yourself, Enjoy the Game
At www tk999, alongside entertainment, we place the highest importance on players' mental and financial wellbeing. On this page you will learn how to set limits, recognise warning signs, and get help when needed.
Why it matters to keep your gaming under control
Online casino and sports betting are meant for entertainment — not as a way to earn money for household expenses. At www tk999 we believe that playing responsibly and within limits is the most enjoyable approach in the long run. When betting starts causing stress rather than enjoyment, that is the sign that something needs to change.
The terms and conditions of our service are clearly defined for every player — on the Terms and Conditions page you can read in detail how the account usage policy applies. Our goal is to create an environment where casino and betting activities stay within the boundaries of entertainment.
Always set a budget before you play — the most you can afford to lose is your maximum limit. Trying to go beyond that limit, or placing repeated bets to recover lost money, increases the risk of problems. Set a time limit for each session as well, and take a break when that time is up.
Under our Privacy Policy, your personal information and account activity are fully protected. www tk999 never allows minors to open an account — all our services are closed to anyone under 21.
Use your own protection tools
www tk999 provides players with several control features that can be activated at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately, but increasing it takes effect only after a specified waiting period.
Session Time Limit
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When the set time is up, you will be logged out of your account automatically.
Bet Limit
Restrict the maximum amount you can place on a single bet. This tool helps protect you from large impulsive decisions.
Cool-Off Period
Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this time.
Self-Exclusion
Exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened within that period. This is the strongest protection tool available.
Time Reminder
Activate pop-up notifications at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing.
To activate these tools, contact www tk999's 24/7 live chat support or submit a request by email.
Recognise the warning signs of a problem
If you notice even one of the signs below in yourself, do not ignore it.
Chasing losses
Placing repeated bets to try to win back lost money — this is the most common sign of problem gambling.
Spending essential money
Betting with money meant for rent, food, or everyday family expenses is a clear sign that control has been lost.
Hiding it from family
Concealing the amount you bet or how much you have lost from family or close ones.
Mood changes
Feeling restless, angry, or upset when unable to play — this is a serious sign of dependency.
Playing longer than planned
You intended to play for an hour, but hours pass without you realising it.
Social withdrawal
Neglecting friends, family, or work responsibilities to focus only on playing.

You do not have to face this alone — the people around you and the www tk999 support team are always here.
